Dieter Koch

Dieter Koch has been in charge of Real Estate Investment Banking at Deutsche Hypothekenbank since 2008. In addition to the financing of large projects and lighthouse transactions, he stands for the establishment of partnerships with institutional investors in the field of alternative investments as a business segment. The offer includes i.a. Debt Funds and Managed Accounts specializing in real estate financing from senior to mezzanine loans.

Dieter Koch has been at home in various positions in real estate financing for over 30 years. From 1995 he held various managerial positions at Commerzbank AG and NORD/LB before joining Deutsche Hypo.

Markus_Linss
Markus Linss

Markus Linss has 30 years of experience in risk management and overall bank management in well-known banks (JP Morgan, Commerzbank and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank), financial companies and in the private equity sector. During this time he was responsible for the management of risk management for a systemically important real estate financier (pbb) for more than eight years and ensured risk management that met the requirements. Among other things, he was responsible for the successful development and positive IRB-A certification of 25 Basel II rating systems. During this time he was also a member of the Credit Committees for Commercial Real Estate and Public Sector Finance.

Among other things, he successively represented the interests of the German private banks and the Pfandbriefbank institutions in expert committees & panels of the supervisory authority (e.g. MaRisk). Subsequently, as a member of the extended management team in a small German real estate bank, he implemented a new and more profitable business model, secured the necessary capitalization and then organized the successful sale for the respective family office owners. In addition to his investments in selected young companies and start-ups, he has been responsible for a BaFin-licensed German payment institution and a BaFin-licensed e-money institution as managing director and CEO for the last 7 years.

Rainer Göbel

Rainer Göbel, Ass.jur. has been active in the investment and asset management business with international commercial real estate for institutional investors in Germany and abroad since 1995, in particular insurance groups and pension funds. By the end of 2000, he helped build up this business area in and for HVB/UniCredit. In 2001, Mr. Göbel built up the company GLL Real Estate Partners, Munich, as managing partner and co-founder. GLL is internationally known and successful as a special service provider for institutional real estate funds. Around EUR 11 billion with more than 100 properties in more than a dozen individual and multi-investor funds are currently held and managed there by 170 employees with branches in Europe, North and South America. In 2018, the Australian investment group Macquarie Group took over GLL and integrated it into its group. Since then, Mr. Göbel was advising the company as Executive Vice Chairman until 2024.

In addition, Mr. Göbel is active on the advisory board of various companies in the financial sector and, together with Gerd Kremer, Mr. Göbel is involved in investments in selected young companies and start-ups.

Gerd Kremer

Gerd Kremer, graduate in business administration, has been active in the investment and asset management business with international commercial real estate for institutional investors in Germany and abroad, in particular insurance groups and pension funds, since 1995.
